4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. sr88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and major Philippine bank transfers including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank, as well as debit cards issued by Philippine banks. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum deposit limits for specific payment methods are displayed on the deposit page within your sr88 account.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes during operational hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving bank. sr88 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.
4.4 Withdrawal to Same Method. For fraud prevention purposes, withdrawals will generally be processed back to the same payment method used for the original deposit. sr88 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals to a different payment method.
4.5 Prohibited Funding Sources. You may not fund your sr88 account using any payment method that does not belong to you, or using any funds derived from illegal activity. The use of credit cards for gambling deposits is not permitted in accordance with applicable Philippine regulations.
5.1 General. sr88 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal limits, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom.

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions. sr88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any obligations already incurred by players who have validly claimed the promotion.

8.2 Exclusion of Consequential Damages. To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, sr88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
8.3 Cap on Liability. sr88's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your sr88 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.1 Commitment to Responsible Gaming. sr88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all players. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options.
9.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a self-exclusion period through their account settings or by contacting sr88 customer support. Self-exclusion periods are available for durations of one week, one month, three months, six months, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, sr88 will use reasonable efforts to prevent the excluded player from accessing the Platform.
9.3 Age Restriction. In accordance with PAGCOR regulations, access to the sr88 Platform is strictly limited to individuals aged 21 years and above. sr88 takes its obligations regarding underage gambling seriously and will immediately close any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21, with any balance returned to the account holder's verified payment method.

10.1 Termination by sr88. sr88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if sr88 reasonably believes that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
10.2 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account, your right to access and use the Platform will immediately cease. Any balance remaining in your account at the time of termination for cause may be forfeited if the termination is due to a breach of these Terms by you. Where termination is not due to a breach, sr88 will return any verified balance to your registered payment method after deducting any applicable fees or charges.
10.3 Termination by Player. You may close your sr88 account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
11.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11.2 Informal Resolution. In the event of any dispute between you and sr88, you agree to first contact sr88 customer support and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. sr88 will use reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint or dispute within fifteen (15) business days of receiving written notice of the issue.
11.3 Formal Proceedings. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You waive any objection to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts.
11.4 PAGCOR Complaints. Players who are not satisfied with sr88's resolution of a complaint may escalate the matter to PAGCOR, the Philippine government body responsible for regulating online gaming operations in the Philippines.
sr88 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, sr88 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform.
Your continued use of the sr88 Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.
